Ok, so I must confess...this guy wasn't exactly a giant, he was about 80cm long or so. I wouldn't have the guts to get this up close and personal with a full grown one!

(By the way, we did see one in a zoo while we were in Cairns, that was 900kg - scary no? I may upload the snapshot I got of him to my scraps, just to freak you all out!)
